Mark Allan Roeder

Mark Allan Roeder, 65, of Decatur, Indiana passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was born on April 12, 1956 in Decatur, Indiana to the late Donald E. Roeder and Eloise A. (Keller) Roeder. Mark was united in marriage to Lynn Lovellette on April 15, 1989 in Decatur, Indiana.

He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur, Indiana. Mark was a fabric inspector for Smith Brother’s in Berne, Indiana.  Prior to working at Smith Brothers, he worked at Silberline for 38 years before they closed their doors.

He loved to ride his Harley, canoeing, and watching sports. Mark also enjoyed Clash of Clans, shooting guns, watching YouTube and listening to music. He was a food and beer connoisseur. Above all he loved his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Roeder of Decatur, Indiana; son, Matt Roeder of Decatur, Indiana; son, Ben (Tera) Roeder of Decatur, Indiana; son, Zach Roeder of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Jess (Nick) Bendele of Berne, Indiana; daughter, Michaela Roeder of Decatur, Indiana; two sisters, Jean Feasel of Decatur, Indiana and Nancy (Matt) Knight of Fort Wayne, Indiana; nine grandchildren, Jenna Fisher, Tristan Roeder, Gavin Roeder, Abby Roeder, Armani Garcia, Jordan Roeder, Ruby Bendele, Rhea Roeder, and Archer Bendele.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Danielle Roeder.

A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2022, with Father Dave Ruppert officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Decatur, Indiana.

Friends and family will be received from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022, until the time of the service at the Eagles Aerie #2653 1039 S 11 ^th Street Decatur, Indiana.

Preferred memorials are to the ACCF - Angel Fund.
