Marjorie A. “Margie” Anderson, 89, of Monroeville, Indiana passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Indiana.
She was born on August 5, 1935, in Monroeville, Indiana to the late Cletus Gerardot and Mildred (Urbine) Gerardot. Margie was united in marriage to Dale Anderson on May 7, 1955, and he survives.
She was a faithful parishioner of St. Rose Catholic Church in Monroeville.
In addition to raising her family, Margie retired from Wal-Mart in Decatur following 17 years of service where she worked in the ladies wear department.
Margie was an active baker, cook, craft maker, and master gardener. Her grandchildren would comment that her cookies and ice cream cones were “The BEST”.
