Linda L. Weil, 60, of New Haven, Indiana passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on September 17, 1962, in Van Wert, Ohio to Ted L. and Dorothy E. (Schlemmer) Ruble.

Linda was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She was a self-employed artist.

Linda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed all kinds of gardening. Linda’s most recent enjoyment was riding her motorcycle.

Survivors include two sons, Justin (Kelsey) Weil and Josh Grote both of Decatur, Indiana; mother, Dorothy E. Ruble of Decatur, Indiana; and a sister, Jennifer (Andy) Guise of Decatur, Indiana.

Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Kelly Klinker in 1994; father, Ted L. Ruble; and fiancé, Don Fischer.

A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor David Koeneman officiating. Burial will follow in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received from 2-5 p.m. – 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.

Preferred memorials can be given to ProMedica Hospice or Immanuel Lutheran Church

Arrangements are by the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur
