Lee Ann Frasure

Lee Ann Frasure, 79, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on February 27, 1944, in Monroeville, Indiana to Sam P. Frasure and Luella K. (Beauchot) Frasure.

Survivors include brother-in-law, David Paris of Wolcottville, Indiana; two sisters-in-law, Patty Frasure of Monroeville, Indiana and Pat Frasure of Fort Wayne, Indiana; four nieces; three nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to her parents, Lee Ann was preceded in death by her brothers, Sammy, Lynn, and Rick Frasure; and sister, Judith Paris.

A funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana with Life Celebrant Molly Farthing officiating. Burial will follow at Monroeville Memorial Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana.

Preferred memorials can be given to Easter Seals ARC.
