Barry S. Dyment

Barry S. Dyment, 70, of Geneva, Indiana passed away Friday, August 25, 2023, at Swiss Village in Berne, Indiana.

He was born on January 4, 1953, in Ashland, Ohio to the late Bill and Bonnie B. (Stewart) Dyment. Barry was united in marriage to Claudia Liechty on August 16, 1980, in Berne, Indiana.

Barry served his country in the United States Army.

He attended the Decatur Church of God in Decatur, Indiana.

Barry was previously employed for Wayne Novelty, Mobile Medical, and Gold Shield.

He is survived by his wife, Claudia Dyment of Geneva, Indiana; son, Aaron S. Dyment of Geneva, Indiana; daughter, Marisa (Derek) Kirchhofer of Berne, Indiana; son, Jordan (Carlie) Dyment of Kokomo, Indiana; daughter, Briana Dyment of Geneva, Indiana; sister, Debbie Calhoun of Linn Grove, Indiana; four grandchildren, Issac Dyment, Margo Kirchhofer, Lincoln Kirchhofer, and Daisy Dyment.

Barry was preceded in death by a brother, Bart Dyment.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at the Swiss Village Auditorium in Berne, Indiana with Pastor Mike Wertenberger officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2023, at the Swiss Village Auditorium in Berne, Indiana.
