James "Jamey" Pence Davis, 41 years old of Wren, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at his residence. He was born on Saturday, July 20, 1968 in Van Wert, Ohio the son of Larry D. and Janet R. (Pence) Davis. He married Kelly L. McClure on September 20, 1997 in Wren, Ohio. Jamey was the first commissioner of the Wren Wiffleball Tournament and he designed and created Wrenway Park Wiffleball Warehouse. He was employed by Willshire Township as a road man. Surviving are his parents, Larry & Janet Davis of Wren, wife, Kelly L. Davis of Wren, brother, Jack (Monica) Davis of Wren, brother, Jeffry (Carrie) Davis of Drain, Oregon, sister, Laura Davis of Wren, father & mother-in-law, Mike & Sue McClure of Convoy, sister-in-law, Michelle (Trent) Krugh of Hamilton, Ohio and several nieces & nephews; Joe, Kristen, Jay & Kim Davis of Drain, Orgeon, Natalie (Aaron) Cline of Schererville, Indiana, Payton Davis of Wren, Nick Marquardt of Monroeville and Tess & Zoe Krugh of Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur with Pastor Mike Saylor officiating. Friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 14 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Preferred memorials are to Wren Fire Department & EMS.
