Donna Marie Keuneke, 54 years old of Ohio City, Ohio, passed away at 10:45 a.m. on Monday, February 26, 2007 in the Parkview Hospital located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after being stricken suddenly Saturday by a cerebral hemorrhage. Donna was born on November 5, 1952 in Decatur, Indiana the daughter of Erwin Karl Keuneke, who survives, and the late L. Louise (Heckert) Keuneke, who passed away on October 8, 2003. Donna was an active member of the Olive Branch Church of God in Ohio City, Ohio, where she was the organist for 30 plus years; and was a Sunday School Supervisor at the church. Donna was a Medical Records secretary at the Van Wert County Hospital for over 30 years. Surviving are her father, Erwin Keuneke of Rockford, Ohio, sister, Linda (David) Leighner of Rockford, Ohio, brother, David (Debra) Keuneke of Rockford, Ohio, brother, John (Kathy) Keuneke of Rockford, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Donna in death was one brother, Edward Keuneke. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2007 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana, with the Rev. Steve Waterman officiating. Interment will follow in the Protestant Evangelical Cemetery in rural Van Wert, Ohio. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2007 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana. Preferred memorials are to Olive Branch Church of God, or Adams County Community Foundation-Cancer Fund.
