Peggy L. McBride, 78 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in the Woodcrest Nursing Center. Peggy was a native of the Decatur area and had resided in Alabama from 1993 to 2002 before moving back to Decatur. She was born on Monday, March 5, 1928 in Bluffton, Indiana the daughter of the late Carl Dick and the late Lucy (Aker) Dick. She was married to the late Richard Dean Andrews and he passed away on September 13, 2001. She had retired from General Electric in Fort Wayne, Indiana with 15 years of service. Surviving are her sister, Patty Stanley of Decatur, Indiana, sister, Jane DeRoo of Decatur, Indiana, brother, Clarence Dick of Decatur, Indiana, step-daughter, Karla Duckworth of Fort Wayne, Indiana, step-son, Robert Andrews of Decatur, Indiana, step-son, Jim Burgin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, step-son, John Burgin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and step-son, Michael Burgin of Phoenix, Arizona. Preceding Peggy in death was one brother, Merle C. Dick. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Bluffton, Indiana. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 19 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur.
