Gloria J. Krick, 70 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away at 10:02 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 in the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Gloria was born on December 27, 1936 in Hoagland, Indiana the daughter of the late Samuel O. Counterman and the late Esther (Johnson) Counterman. She married Roger L. Krick on June 4, 1955 in Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur, Indiana and he survives. She was a member of Decatur Wesleyan Church and was also a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Roger L. Krick of Decatur, Indiana, son, Daniel Krick of Decatur, Indiana, son, Randy Krick of Decatur, Indiana, brother, Duane Counterman of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, brother, Vic Counterman of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, brother, Robert Counterman of Decatur, Indiana, sister, Elaine Lough of Decatur, Indiana, and three grandchildren, Tyler, Tessa and Tanner Hart all from Monroeville. Preceding Gloria in death were one daughter, Tammy Hart; three grandchildren, Ron, Zack, and Taylor Krick; and one brother, Paul Counterman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2007 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Forbes officiating. Interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2007 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana. Preferred memorials are to Adams County Community Foundation-Cancer Fund.
