Juanita B. Clay, 82 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away at 7:53 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 in the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana Emergency Room located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Juanita was born on Tuesday, August 11, 1925 in Maples, Indiana the daughter of the late Walter Bolyard and the late Christina (Fry) Bolyard. She married the late Milo R. "Mike" Clay on June 16, 1948 in Monroeville, Indiana and he passed away on March 28, 2000. Juanita was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Monroeville, Indiana. Juanita worked in the warehouse at Lake End Sales in New Haven, Indiana. Surviving are her daughter, Christine A. Garland of Monroeville, Indiana, son, Lewis A. (Patricia J.) Clay of Hamilton, Indiana, granddaughter, Tammy (Brandon) Garnett of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, graddaughter, Stephanie Clay of Hamilton, Indiana, and two great-grandchildren, Michael and Kaitlyn Garnett. Preceding Juanita in death was one daughter, Lois Ann Clay (infant) in 1951. A 9:30 a.m. Prayer Service will be held Friday, November 16, 2007 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Rose Catholic Church with Father Stephen Colchin officiating. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven, Indiana. Friends will be received from NOON - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2007 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana and from 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home on Friday. Preferred memorials are Masses to the church or Monroeville EMS.
