Beatrice G. "Bea" Daniels

Beatrice G. "Bea" Daniels, 86 years old of Berne, Indiana, passed away at 12:44 p.m. on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 in the Swiss Village located in Berne. Bea was a lifelong resident of the Monroeville, Indiana area. Bea was born on Wednesday, May 20, 1925 in Allen County, Indiana the daughter of the late Charles C. Ball and the late Etta Belle (Murfield) Ball. She married the late Doyle A. "Butch" Daniels on June 7, 1947 and he passed away on June 29, 1980. Bea was a member of the Monroeville Church of the Nazarene. Bea retired in 1976 from International Harvester with 31 years of service. Surviving are her sister, Rosetta Skinner of Manassas, VA; step-grandchild, Mike (Anita) Saam of Bucyrus, OH; step-grandchild, Teresa Wyeth of Bucyrus, OH; step-grandchild, Ron (Becky) Reynolds of Grand Rapids, MI; step-grandchild, Randy (Kathy) Reynolds of Decatur, IN; step-grandchild, Rex (Rena) Reynolds of Decatur, IN, eighteen step-great-grandchildren, thirty-one step-great-great-grandchildren. Preceding Beatrice in death were two step-daughters, Clarabelle Blocker & Florence Janet Saam; a sister, Edith Littlejohn; and six brothers, Kenneth, Corless, Ray, Lloyd, James, and Eugene Ball. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2012 in the Monroeville Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Brent Hickman officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Preferred memorials are to Monroeville Church of the Nazarene.
