Delmore Dean Fuelling, 68 years old of Hoagland, Indiana, passed away at 8:04 a.m. on Friday, March 10, 2006 in the Indian University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Delmore was born on January 1, 1938 in Adams County, Indiana, the son of the late Rudolph Fuelling and the late Ida (Bohnke) Fuelling-Scherer He married Charlotte R. Knipstein on October 2, 1965 in the St. John Lutheran Church, Bingen and she survives. Delmore was a lifelong member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church, Fuelling where he held many offices; a member of 4-H; and a 1956 graduate of Monmouth High School. Delmore was a lifelong farmer and owner of DeLane Dairy Farm Inc. Surviving are his wife, Charlotte R. Fuelling of Hoagland, Indiana, son, Daniel D. Fuelling of Decatur, Indiana, son, Doyle D. Fuelling of Hoagland, Indiana, daughter, Rachel R. (Brian) Heck of Columbus, Ohio, son, Douglas D. Fuelling of Hoagland, Indiana, daughter, Rhea R. (Matt) Gratz of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, grandson, Drew Heck, granddaughter, Audrey Heck, sister, Arlene Niemeyer of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, sister, Joan (Robert) Thompson of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, sister, Alice Bruick of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, sister, Cindy (Dean) Wass of Monroeville, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 NOON Monday, March 13, 2006 in the St. Peter Lutheran Church, Fuelling with the Rev. Martin Moehring officiating. Interment will follow in the St Peter Lutheran Cemetery. Friends will be received from 12:00 NOON - 6:00 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana and one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday.
