Pam J. Hale-White, 34 years old of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, passed away at 5:21 a.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2006. She was stricken suddenly at her mother's residence in Van Wert, Ohio. Pam was born on August 16, 1971 in Decatur, Indiana the daughter of Harold R. Smith and Aletha (Uhrick) Hale. Pam attended Summit Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pam was a graduate of Ivy Tech College and was also a homemaker. Surviving are her daughter, Cassandra "Cassie" Hale of Fort Wayne, Indiana, son, Christopher Alexis White of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mother, Aletha Jo Hale of Van Wert, Ohio, Father, Harold R. Smith of Montpelier, Indiana, sister, Cyndi Parson of Berne, Indiana, sister, Mrs. Don (Linda) Wietfeldt of Monroe, Indiana, and sister, Candy Harris of Berne, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at the Backesto/Springhill Cemetery, rural Monroe, Indiana. Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home. Preferred memorials are to the family.
