Clayton "Ted" Love, 64 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2006 in Adams Memorial Hospital, Extended Care, Decatur, Indiana. He was born on Wednesday, January 14, 1942 in Portland, Indiana the son of the late Charles Bell and the late Pearl Love. He married Connie Marbaugh Wolfe on November 24, 1981 in Decatur, Indiana. Clayton was a former employee of Central Soya. He became a truck driver in 1981 and retired from trucking in 1997. Surviving are his wife, Connie Love of Decatur, Indiana, daughter, Mrs. Ritchie (Irene) Short of Fort Wayne, Indiana, son, Marcus (Flora) Love of Decatur, Indiana, daughter, Pamela Wolfe of Decatur, Indiana, daughter, Mrs. Richard (Tamara Jo) Shannon of Mendon, Ohio, daughter, Teresa Wolfe of Decatur, Indiana, son, Randy E. Wolfe of Willshire, Ohio, sister, Mrs. Gordon (Irene) Bye of Portland, Indiana, fourteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren. Preceding Clayton in death were three sisters, Ollie Smith, Annie Thomas and Sally Harold. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Lovelace officiating. Interment will follow in the Willshire Cemetery, Willshire, Ohio. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 28 and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 29 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana. Preferred memorial are to Adams County Community Foundation - Cancer Fund.
