Ellen D. Harmon, 54 years old of Ohio City, Ohio, passed away at 9:58 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2006 in the Van Wert County Hospital located in Van Wert, Ohio. Ellen was born on January 11, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of the late Welmer F. Harmon and the late Esta L. (Tumbleson) Harmon. Ellen worked at the St. Joseph Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, Indiana for 20 years as a data entry clerk; and had formerly worked at Lutheran Hospital in the same position. Surviving are her son, Chris Harmon of Delphos, Ohio, and brother, Richard Harmon, of Florida. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio. Friends will be received from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2006 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home. Preferred memorials are to the donor's choice.
