James L. Reuille, 70 years old of Las Vegas, Nevada and a former resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at his residence. His death was unexpected. He was born on Saturday, December 3, 1938 in Monroeville, Indiana the son of the late Lawrence Reuille and the late Edna (Lomont) Reuille. James was a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Fort Wayne and joined the Air National Guard where he served for five years. He retired in 1995 from K-Mart Corporation with 34 years of service. In 1995 he moved to Las Vegas where he enjoyed playing video poker and collecting gifts to send back to his family in Indiana. Surviving are his son, David (Sherri) Reuille of Jonesboro, Indiana, son, Daniel Deal of Las Vegas, daughter, Nanci, sister, Dorothy Jeanne Dice of Fort Wayne, sister, Cindi Rogers of Fort Wayne, sister-in-law, Sharon Reuille of Fort Wayne, brother, Gerald (Kay) Reuille of Monroeville, brother, Thomas (Nancy) Reuille of New Haven, brother, Steve (Cindy) Reuille of Fort Wayne, brother, Roger Reuille of Fort Wayne, grandchildren; Patrick & Rebecca and step-granddaughter, Lena. Preceding James in death were one son, Timothy Reuille (infancy) and one brother, Allen Reuille in 2002. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 23, 2009 in the St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church with visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at the church. Fr. Stephen Colchin will officiate. Interment will follow in the St. Louis Catholic Cemetery - Besancon. Preferred memorials are to the church for masses.
