Stephen W. Robert, 62 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at his residence following an illness of 2 years. Stephen was born on Thursday, April 6, 1950 in Hartford City, Indiana the son of the late Russell D. Roberts and Willadine J. (Herr) Roberts and his mother survives. He married Pam Beck on December 31, 1981 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and she survives. Stephen was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War. Stephen was a Tool and Die maker; he was formerly employed by Flashfold Carton in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Surviving are his wife, Pam Roberts of Monroeville, IN; daughter, Kelli (Paul Campbell) Fuelling of New Haven, IN; daughter, Layhla (Matt) Jenkins of Delphi, IN; daughter, Kim (Dan) Hamrick of Ft. Wayne, IN; daughter, Sarah Grace Roberts of Monroeville, IN; mother, Willadine J. Roberts of Montpelier, IN; brother, Jim (Cheryl) Roberts of Ft. Wayne, IN; sister, Jacqueline Faulkner of Decatur, IN; sister, Janet (Jimmie) Parson of Montpelier, IN; mother and father-in-law, Betty (James) Peck of Ft. Wayne, IN; seven grandchildren: Trae Roberts, Sophie Robbins, Alexis Karn, Natalie Karn, Alina Campbell, Daphne Hamrick, and Josie Simons. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana with Rev. Ralph Klinker officiating. Friends will be received from 12:00 NOON to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana.
