Dewey J. Foreman, 78 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2006 in the Woodcrest Nursing Center located in Decatur. He was born on Friday, December 30, 1927 in Fort Wayne, Indiana the son of the late Dewey A. Foreman and the late Lessie (Webb) Foreman. He married Alice Jean Foreman on April 14, 1979 in Decatur, Indiana. He attended Crossroads Church in Decatur, Indiana. Dewey was retired from Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Surviving are his wife, Alice Jean Foreman of Decatur, Indiana; son, Dennis (Pamela) Foreman of Fort Wayne, Indiana; son, Rex (Ruth) Foreman of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughter, Sandy (Edward) Radabaugh of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Tina (Calvin S.) Shaw of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Jenny Jacobs of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Rhonda Jacobs of Panama City, Florida; daughter, Deborah (Carlos) Snider of Brownsburg, Indiana; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Preceding Dewey in death were two brothers, one sister, and one nephew. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Abbott officiating. Interment will be held later in the Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Indiana Friends will be received from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 10. Preferred memorials are to the family or the donor's choice.
