Kenneth L. "Pete" Peterson, 45 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away at 10:40 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in the Chase Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Logansport, Indiana. Pete was born on June 16, 1961 in Adams County, Indiana, the son of the late Karl R. Peterson and the late Ilene (Mitchel) Peterson. He married Vicki R. Hartman on October 10, 1981 in Decatur, Indiana. Pete was previously employed at Tri-Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Universal Metal Craft of Decatur, Indiana. Surviving are his wife, Vicki R. Peterson of Monroeville, Indiana, and brother, Vern Peterson of Decatur, Indiana. Preceding Pete in death was one sister, Linda Eyanson. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana, with Pastor James Bushur officiating. Interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Indiana. Friends will be received on Sunday, July 16, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana. Preferred memorials are to Huntington's Disease Society of America; Southern Care Hospice in Kokomo, IN; St. Peter-Immanuel Lutheran School; or the donor's choice.
