Charles Faustick, 84 years old and a 53-year resident of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 in Parkview Hospital Emergency Room, Fort Wayne. He was born on Wednesday, April 5, 1922 in Riverton, Wyoming the son of the late Charles Faulstick and the late Gladys (Robinson) Faulstick. He married Beulah O. Johns on January 31, 1948 in Monroeville United Methodist Church. This past January they celebrated 58 years of marriage. Charles was a marine during WWII & the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Monroeville United Methodist Church and retired as a machinist from General Electric Company, Fort Wayne, in 1984 after 43 years of service. Surviving are his wife, Beulah O. Faulstick of Monroeville, Indiana, son, Howard E. (Sara) Faulstick of Monroeville, Indiana, son, John C. (Michele) Faulstick of Rootstown, Ohio, brother, J. Wayne Reese of Larwill, Indiana, sister, Millie Wood of Columbia City, Ohio, granchildren, Dustin, Ben, Courtney, Andrew & Erin Faulstick, nieces, Fay Russell, Jane Bisbee, Sue (Victor) Contri & Melody Reese and several great nieces & nephews. Preceding Charles in death was one sister, Lucille Secrist. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana with the Rev. Janet Luchs officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana. Preferred memorials are to Monroeville EMS, Monroeville United Methodist Church & Monroeville Youth League.
