Carolyn A. Drake, 64 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away at 8:10 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2006 in the Spectrum Health -Butterworth located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Carolyn was born on April 22, 1941 in Bluffton, Indiana, the daughter of the late George Mills and the late Lenora (Pace). She married the late Samuel A. Drake on December 19, 1987 and he passed away on May 11, 1998. Carolyn was a member of Wren Church of the Nazarene in Wren, Ohio. She was factory worker. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Cory (Renee) McDougall of Bluffton, Indiana, daughter, Dawn Pierce of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, daughter, Amanda Bailey of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, brother, Roy (Darlene) Mills of Hamilton, Michigan, sister, Evelyn Waters of Geneva, Indiana, sister, Annette Enochs of Hartford City, Indiana, sister, Elaine Ruth of Portland, Indiana, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2006 at the Mt Tabor Cemetery, with the Rev. Robert Shook officiating. Preferred memorials are to the family.
