Robert Dean Radabaugh, 80 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away at 4:32 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2006 in the Village of Heritage Nursing Center located in Monroeville. Robert was born on July 15, 1925 in Payne, Ohio the son of the late Frank Radabaugh and the late Esther (Sitcler) Radabaugh. He married Earlene M. Gerardot on March 12, 1949 in the St. Louis Catholic Church, Besancon, and she survives. Robert was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Monroeville, Indiana. Robert retired from farming in 1991 and was a former school bus driver for the Monroeville schools. Surviving are his wife, Earlene M. Radabaugh of Monroeville, Indiana, son, Michael G. Radabaugh of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, daughter, Mrs. Michael (Becky S.) Hormann of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, son, Jeff L. (Theresa) Radabaugh of Van Wert, Ohio, nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah L. Radabaugh in 1973; one sister, Eileen Tinnel; one grandson, Brian Radabaugh in 1970; and one daughter-in-law, Brenda Radabaugh in 1991. There will be a 9:30 a.m. Prayer Service on Thursday, June 29, 2006 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in the St. Rose Catholic Church, Monroeville, Indiana with Fr. Stephen Colchin officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received from 1-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville, Indiana. There will be a Rosary conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are Masses to the church, Monroeville Youth League, or the Village of Heritage.
