Patsy I. Dellinger, 80 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2006 in the Woodcrest Nursing Center located in Decatur, Indiana. Patsy was born on August 12, 1926 in Adams County, Indiana, the daughter of the late John Fox and the late Marie (Essex) Fox. She married the late Ted E. Dellinger on May 3, 1947 in Monroe, Indiana, and he passed away on February 22, 1984. Patsy was a member of the American Legion Post Auxiliary #207 in Willshire, Ohio for 58 years. She was also a homemaker. Surviving are her daughter, Toni (Robert) Pentino of Wabash, Indiana, daughter, Teresa (Marty) Papai of Avilla, Indiana, daughter, Tamara (Ken) Cochran of Willshire, Ohio, daughter, Tracy (Arthur) Ulrich of Naples, Florida, daughter, Trudy (Greg) Morrison of Coldwater, Michigan, son, Ted E. (Jane) Dellinger, Jr. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, son, Tim (Christina) Dellinger of Willshire, Ohio, brother, Robert W. Fox of Colorado Springs, Colorado, sister, Shirley Johnson of Monroe, Indiana, seventeen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren. Preceding Patsy in death were one grandson, Lee Schusterman; one great-granddaughter, Karlie Williams; and on brother-in-law, Billy Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2006 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home with the Rev. John Follett officiating. Interment will follow in the Willshire Cemetery, Willshire, Ohio. Friends will be received from 1:00 -3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in the Woodcrest Chapel, 1300 Mercer Avenue, Decatur, Indiana. There will also be visitation on Friday, December 15, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana. Preferred memorials are to the Adams County Community Foundation-Heart Fund or the American Legion Post #207-Willshire, Ohio.
