Jeff Mark Boroff, 40 years old of rural Convoy, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 as the result of a traffic accident in Allen County, Indiana. He was born on Tuesday, August 12, 1969 in Van Wert, Ohio the son of Diane (Nagel) Boroff and the late William E. Boroff. He married Julie A. LeMaster on June 1, 1991 in Convoy, Ohio. Jeff was a 1987 graduate of Crestview High School in Convoy, Ohio. He graduated from ITT Tech in 1989 with a degree in electrical engineering and was employed for the past ten years at Dolco Packaging as a maintenance technician. He attended Cornerstone Community Church in Decatur where he worked with the youth. He was a handy man who was always willing to lend a hand to help others. Jeff loved camping, working on cars, riding his Harley and attending NASCAR events. Surviving are his wife, Julie A. Boroff of Convoy, Ohio, daughter, Sandria Boroff and son, Moses Boroff; both at home, mother, Diane Boroff of Convoy, brother, George (Shelly) Noggle of Van Wert, Ohio, brother, Michael W. (Lorretta) Boroff of Convoy, and maternal grandmother, Betty Stanz of Fort Jennings, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2009 in the Cornerstone Community Church with Rev. Mark Beers officiating. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Convoy, Ohio. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 20 at the Cornerstone Community Church, 909 East Monroe Street,Decatur and from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the funeral service on Saturday at the church. Preferred memorials are to Children's Education Fund.
