Neil W. Rinehart, 63, of Yoder, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Born July 8, 1949, he was a son of the late Dale and Evelyn (Phillips) Rinehart. He married Laurenna R. Carey on November 10, 1967 in Yoder, Indiana. Neil worked as the Financial Services Director for the Missionary Church, Inc. in Fort Wayne for 20 years and was a faithful member of Woodburn Missionary Church where he co-taught the 3-year-old Sunday school class with his wife. He was a graduate of Ossian High School and International Business College and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by Laurenna, his loving wife of 45 years; daughters, Angela (Scott) Gaier of Upland and Kristine Rinehart of Ossian; son, David (Deanna) Rinehart of Markle; and eight grandchildren, Emma Gaier; Levi Gaier; Andrew Rinehart; Luke Rinehart; Alicen Rinehart; Graham Gaier; Phillip Gaier; Addison Gaier. Also surviving are sister, LaRita (Terry) Donaghy of Bluffton; sister, Cheryl (James) Grimm of Markle; sister, Dalene (Gary) Ingle of Mint Hill, NC; sister-in-law, Joyce Rinehart and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Keith Rinehart. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the Woodburn Missionary Church, 5108 Bull Rapids Road, Woodburn, IN 46797. Rev. Joel DeSelm and Rev. Bill Hossler will officiate. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. & 5 to 8 p.m. Friday in the Woodburn Missionary Church. In lieu of flowers, Neil requested that memorial donations be made to Missionary Church, Inc.-World Partners or Missionary Church, Inc.-US Ministries.
