Barbara J. Beucler, 81 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at her residence. She was born on Sunday, February 7, 1932 in Monroeville, Indiana the daughter of the late Edgar F. Wagner and M. Loretta (Brokamp) Wagner. She married Byron K. Beucler on August 11, 1949 in Lexington, Kentucky. Barbara was a member of the St. Rose Catholic Church in Monroeville and the Diamond Hearts Club in Monroeville. She was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling. Surviving are her husband, Byron K. "Newt" Beucler of Monroeville; a daughter, Beverly Jean Murphy of Aliso Viejo, California; a son, Brenton James Beucler of Monroeville; a sister, Mary A. (James) Klienrichert of Tamarack, Florida; and her mother, M. Loretta Wagner of Tamarack, Florida. She is also survived by two granddaughters, Erin (Joel) Lambert & Christine Murphy; and two great-grandsons, Andrew J. Lambert & Jaxson A. Lambert. Preceding Barbara in death were two brothers, James E. Wagner and Reginald L. Wagner. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2013 in the St. Rose Catholic Church with Fr. Lourdino Fernandes officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received on Monday, August 5th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at St. Rose Catholic Church. Preferred memorials are to Monroeville EMS or the St. Joseph Catholic School Fund in Monroeville.
