Lenore M. (Lytle) Holtsberry, 99 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away at 2:19 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in the Woodcrest Nursing Center located in Decatur. Lenore was born on Thursday, June 18, 1914 in Alger, Ohio the daughter of the late Oscar Teeple and the late Ruth I. (Conner) Teeple. Her first husband, Harold D. Lytle, Passed away on May 22, 1946. She married William H. Holtsberry on December 31, 1970 and he passed away on December 11, 1996. Lenore was a member of the First United Methodist Church; Women of the Moose; American Legion Auxiliary; Elks; General Electric Quarter Century Club; and the Academy of Friendship of Women of Moose. Lenore retired in 1977 from General Electric Company. Surviving are her son, Steven D. (Pat) Lytle of Decatur, IN; grandson, Tony (Cindy) Lytle of Tuscon, AZ; grandson, Wade (Michelle) Lytle of Greenwood, IN; great-grandson, Brady Lytle of Tuscon, AZ; great-grandson, Simon Lytle of Tuscon, AZ; great-grandson, Jonas Lytle of Tuscon, AZ; great-grandson, Isaiah Lytle of Tuscon, AZ; great-grandson, Chance Lytle of Indianapolis, IN; great-grandson, Collin Lytle of Indianapolis, IN. Preceding Lenore in death was 1 brother, Charles Teeple. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2013 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana with Rev. Amy Cummingham officiating. Interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery. Friends & family will be received from 9:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to Family LifeCare-Berne; or Woodcrest Retirement Center.
