Gregory Ross Richey, 63, went home to be with Jesus on November 19th at his home in Leo. Born September 4, 1951 in Fort Wayne, IN, Greg was the son of the late Robert and Melody (Roebuck) Richey. Greg married Becky Smith on June 21, 1997. He attended Pathway Community Church in Fort Wayne. Greg loved fishing, golfing, working in his backyard, and traveling. Greg graduated from Central Nobel High School in 1969. He was employed by Momper Insulation in sales and was previously employed as a Project Manager for Tecton Corporation in Fort Wayne. He was a former member of the Labors Local Union 213 and the Carpenters Union 232. Surviving are his wife Becky; daughters Jill (Jeff) Richey of Evanston, IL and Jana (Danny) Hess of Huntertown; step daughters Jody (Bobby) Stayer of Leo and Julie (Eric) Reynolds of Leo; 12 grandchildren; brothers Neal (Joyce) Richey of New Haven and James Richey of Benton, IN. Calling is 10:00-2:00 on Saturday, November 22 at Pathway Community Church, 11910 Shearwater Run in Fort Wayne. The Celebration of Life Service is at Pathway on Sunday, November 23 at 3:00, with the calling beginning at 2:00. Pastor Ron Williams officiating.
