Jack L. Clem, 72 years old of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born on Friday, January 22, 1943 in Adams County, Indiana the son of the late Dale R. Clem and the late Marcella (Radabaugh) Clem. He married Sandra A. Miller on July 4, 1970 in Monroeville. Jack was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Monroeville and Moose Lodge #1311 in Decatur. He was a graduate of Monroeville High School and retired from East Allen County Schools in 2014 with over 20 years of service. He had also worked with his parents at Clem's Market in Monroeville. Survivors are his wife, Sandra A. Clem of Monroeville; son, Jason (Melissa) Clem of Monroeville; son, Matthew (Meaghan) Clem of Monroeville; and sister, Carolyn (Gary) Pettibone of Waynedale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Brooke; Kassidy; Jordan; Kamdyn; Chandler; Landon; and Noah. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2015 in the St. Mark's Lutheran Church with Pastor David Williamson officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 24 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville and from 2 to 5 & 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, February 25 also at the funeral home. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Preferred memorials are to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Monroeville.
