Loretta Mary Wagner, 102, died peacefully on November 5, 2015 at her daughter's home in Florida, where she had resided for the past six years. She was born on May 6, 1913 in Champaign, Illinois, the first of six girls to Leo M. and Johanna H. Brokamp. She was raised on a farm in northern Indiana. In 1931, she married Edgar F. Wagner and they celebrated 59 years of marriage before he passed away in 1991. She was a graduate of Hoagland High School and a long time resident of Monroeville, IN where she enjoyed sewing, home canning, gardening, traveling, watching baseball games and following politics. She was a homemaker and retired from Luginbill Wire and Die Company in New Haven, IN after 15 years. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and the Rosary Society. After moving to Florida, she enjoyed the loyal companionship of her two Yorkies, Indi and Ana. Her survivors include daughter, Mary Ann (James) Kleinrichert of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; son-in-law, Byron Beucler of Monroeville, IN; sister, Henrietta Hile of Hamilton, IN; seven grandchildren, Beverly Murphy, Brenton Beucler, Denise (John) Gordon, Danielle Kleinrichert (Guillermo Villar), Robert Kleinrichert, Jim (Julie) Neddeff, and Natalie Miller; seven great -grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar F. Wagner; daughter, Barbara J. Beucler; sons, James E. Wagner and Reginald L. Wagner; one grandson, James E. Kleinrichert, Jr., and four sisters, Rose Voirol, Joanna Seifert, Glendora Ryan and Leona Naumcheff. A prayer service will be held for Loretta at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, 111 South Water Street, Monroeville followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in the St. Rose Catholic Church, Monroeville with Father Lourdino Fernandes officiating. Burial will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery, Monroeville. Friends and family will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2015 in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, Monroeville where a Rosary Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Preferred memorials are for Masses to the St. Rose Catholic Church; St. Joseph Catholic School Fund; or to The James Jr. Fund Inc.
