Rosalyn J. (Baker) Gallmeyer Molthan, 89, of Hoagland, IN passed away on Monday, November 21 surrounded by family. She was born on August 28, 1927 to the late LaMoine and Gladys Baker. She has a sister, Jackie Curtis of Palmetto, FL. She married the late Robert L. Gallmeyer on February 10, 1951. They had four children Pam (Dan) Green and Michael Gallmeyer both of Ft. Wayne; Patty (Jim) Thomas of Fremont and Carol (Mike) Schoof of Hoagland. She worked at International Harvester until having her children when she became a homemaker. While her children attended school, she cooked at St. John, Flatrock.
She married Norbert Molthan on January 21, 1995 gaining two step-daughters, Julie (Butch) Cheviron of Hoagland and Cindy Molthan & Mary of Gosport.
She loved golf, sewing, bowling, crocheting, collecting redbirds, playing cards, especially her Tripoley group, and spending time with grandkids and great grandkids.
Grandchildren include Jennifer (Garret) Caley, Justin (Melissa) Lepper, Jeremy (Ashley) Lepper, Robert Gallmeyer, Trish (Aaron) Kirtlan, Jeb (Ashley) Thomas, Ryan (Jessica) Schoof, Erin Schoof, Evan (Shaina) Schoof, Bryn Schoof, and Quin Schoof; and step-granddaughters, Tayla Cheviron and Marissa Cheviron. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Taylor, Trevor, Jayden, Faith, Karson, Brandon, Emerson, Blake, Ellory, Avery, Kaylee, Michael, Cora and one on the way.
Funeral service and interment is 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. John Flatrock, 12912 Franke Rd., Monroeville with viewing 1 hour prior. Rev. Douglas Christian officiating. Calling is also 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the church. Memorial may be made to Beth Ann Hoffman Scholarship Fund or St. John Lutheran Church, Flatrock.
