Justin M. Manley , 40 years old of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
He was born on Monday, November 29, 1976 in Coldwater, Ohio the son of Ron & Mary (Stetler) Manley.
Justin was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #207 of Willshire, Ohio and the Eagles Lodge in Decatur. He loved sports and coached baseball & softball in the Pleasant Mills and Decatur areas. He also played in the Decatur Pool League and was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved his children and spending time with them.
Justin was employed at Manley Meats in Monroe for over 15 years.
Surviving are his children, Lindsey & Isaac Manley both of Decatur; parents, Ron & Mary Manley of Decatur; brother, Cody (fiancee, Chelsea Kuhnle) Manley of Decatur; brother, Chance Manley of Willshire, OH; nephew, Carson Manley of Decatur; mother of his children, Rachel Manley of Decatur; paternal grandmother, Alice Manley of Decatur; maternal grandmother, Sharon Garnett of New Haven; best friend, Jerod Dailey of Decatur & numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins.
Preceding Justin in death were his paternal grandfather, Harold Glen Manley; maternal grandfather, Charles Stetler; and his great-aunt and great-uncle, Edgar & Okaleah Fuelling (who helped raise Justin).
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur with Celebrant Molly Farthing officiating. Interment will follow at Tricker Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 1 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 27 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, the family requests that memorials be given to his Children's Education Fund (checks payable to Ron Manley).
