Thomas F. Ruble , 58, of Monroeville, Indiana passed away Wednesday evening at his residence.
He was born on June 8, 1959 in Adams County, Indiana to Tom A. & Carolyn R. (Hakes) Ruble. Tom was united in marriage to Pamela J. Andrews on June 2, 1979 at First Missionary Church in Fort Wayne.
Tom was a 1977 graduate of Heritage High School in Monroeville. He was owner & operator of Performance Truck Sales, Inc. in Monroeville & was previously an owner and operator of Tom Ruble & Sons Truck Sales in Monroeville.
He was a member of Fellowship Missionary Church in Fort Wayne & Gideon’s International. His greatest mission in life was to lead others to the Lord.
Tom liked fast cars, tractors, and spending time with family, which was his passion. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with Pam. He was a man of God and lived his life by being supportive of others. He took pride in being a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He was philanthropic at heart and was a hero to many who had the privilege to know him…he will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Ruble of Monroeville; two daughters, Jessica (Elliot) Nichols of Monroeville & Jenna (Josh) Kosnick of Middleton, WI; parents, Tom & Carolyn Ruble of Monroeville; two brothers, Kim (Jacqueline) Ruble & Jeffrey (Rebecca) Ruble both of Monroeville; sister, Andrea Shane of Monroeville; half-sister, Debra (Eugene) Butcher of Decatur; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Andrews of Ossian; & six grandchildren, Gabrielle Nichols, Jacob Nichols, Ella Kosnick, Harper Kosnick, Kensington Kosnick, and Camden Kosnick.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 12, 2018 at Fellowship Missionary Church in Fort Wayne with Rev. Dave DeSelm officiating. Burial will follow at Monroeville Cemetery in Monroeville, Indiana.
Family & friends will be received from 2 to5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Fellowship Missionary Church (enter at Door C), 2536 Tillman Road, Fort Wayne , IN 46816 and one hour prior to services Monday also in the church.
Preferred memorials are to Fellowship Missionary Church or Remedy Live.
