Shirley G. (Harsha) Richwine , 88, a longtime resident of Bluffton, IN, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Swiss Village in Berne.
She was born on February 8, 1930 in Saybrook, IL the daughter of the late Lyle John Harsha and the late Alda Jeanette Crawford Harsha. She married Donald C. Richwine on September 23, 1950 in Berne, IN. He survives.
Shirley graduated from Salem Center High School in 1948 and was then a homemaker.
She is a member of the Bluffton First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her son, Larry Don (Rozetta) Richwine of Portland, IN; son, Chester Lyle (Georgeann) Richwine of Tacoma, WA; daughter, Dolly Mae (Steve) Mrowinski of Villa Park, IL; brother, Donald (Margaret Ann) Harsha of Berne, IN; four grandchildren, Saiward (Jonathan) Brown, Hannah Mrowinski, Leah Mrowinski, Treva Engleson and four great grandchildren, Mike, Zeke, Sam and Keegan Brown.
Shirley is preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte (Harsha) Weimer.
Memorial Visitation will be held at Swiss Village Chapel Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Preferred memorials are to Bluffton Church of the Nazarene or Swiss Village.
