Julia A. Hartmann, 92, of Monroeville, IN passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
She was born on Friday, March 19, 1926 in Monroeville, IN the daughter of the late David Emenheiser and the late Elsie (Boblyia) Emenhiser. She married Charles Hartman on April 5, 1947 in St Mark's Lutheran Church in Monroeville.
Julia graduated from Monroeville High School. She had worked at Capehart-Farnsworth, International Harvester, & Wolfe & Dessauer all in Fort Wayne.
Julia was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She was a great glove maker and seamstress.
Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Charles Hartman of Monroeville, IN; niece, Gae Andrews of Tucson, AZ; and nephew, Michael (Anna) Prudon of Monroeville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Hartman on November 23, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel with Pastor Brian Clay officiating. Interment will follow in the Monroeville Memorial Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana.
