Dawn M. Wanner, 58, rural Geneva, passed away on November 19, 2016 at her home. She was born to Donald and Lois Beattie Bedford on September 1, 1958 in Clearwater, Fla.
She married Terry D. Wanner on October 7, 1978, who survives.
She was a member of the West Missionary Church where she was active in the youth and women's ministries, member of the worship team, church choir, and taught children's Sunday School. Dawn drove bus for 21 years for South Adams Schools. Interests included; gardening, camping, sewing, motorcycle trips with her husband, and attending her grandchildren's activities.
Survivors include: her husband, 2 sons, Jed(Sophia)Wanner of Berne, Benjamin(Jeni)Wanner of Berne, daughter, Camille Wanner of Berne, 5 grandchildren, Owen, Emerson, Jax, Preston, Brylee Wanner and a grandson arriving in December, 3 sisters, Laura(Dan)Hockin, Berne, Joann Bedford and Gene Walden of Manchester, Tenn., Janice(Ron)Burns of Decatur, mother-in-law, Rosanna Wanner of Berne and sister-in-law, Kathy Wanner of Ft.Wayne.
Preceding in death are her parents and father-in-law Clarence Wanner.
Funeral services are Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 10:30 am at the West Missionary Church with visitation 1 hour prior. Visitation also Tuesday, November 22 from 2 to 8 pm at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne. Officiating is Pastor Keith Rupp. Burial is in the Greenwood Cemetery, near Linn Grove, IN.
Preferred memorials are to the West Missionary Church &/or Adams County Community Foundation- Cancer Fund.
