Wilda Mae Swygart, 88, Berne passed away on March 28, 2016 at her daughter's home. She was born to John and Rea (Engle) Wall on February 23, 1928 in Adams County. She married Harold M. Swygart on February 23, 1944.
She retired from CTS Corp in the production department with 27 years of service. Wilda enjoyed gardening, crocheting, baking, collecting dolls and crafts. She and Harold also enjoyed farming.
Survivors include: daughter, Kuba(Phil)Pollard of Berne, sons; Ronnie(Janice)Swygart of Decatur, Ricky(Ruth)Swygart of Geneva, Randy(Janice)Swygart of Decatur, Roderick(Dee)Swygart of Decatur, Reggie(Deb)Swygart of Decatur, Brother, Melvin(Ruth)Wall of Sellersburg, IN., Norman(Bonnie)Wall of Bluffton, sister, Carol
Rose(Tom)Weaver of Oklahoma City,OK., 23 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding in death are her parents, husband, granddaughter, Rhonda Cowans and daughter-in-law, Betty Swygart.
Funeral services are Saturday, April 2 at 10:30 am at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home with visitation from 9:00am to time of services. Visitation also Friday from 2 to 8 pm at the funeral home in Berne. Officiating is Pastor Dal Fosnaugh. Burial is in the Mt Tabor Cemetery rural Decatur.
