Eric O. Case,Jr., 21, Decatur, IN. passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Bluffton. He was born to Eric and Leisa Bentz Case on December 11, 1991 in Adams County.

Eric graduated from Norwell High School in Wells County in 2010.

Survivors include his mother, Leisa Bentz of Decatur, father, Eric and step-mother Sunni Case of Eaton, IN, sister, Sarai Case of Decatur, step-brothers, Acoya and Anthony Harriman of Hartford City, grandparents; LaDonna Schaadt of Chattanooga, OH., Michael and Marie Bentz of Willshire, OH, and great-grandmother, Corelia Bentz of Pomeroy, OH.

Preceding in death is grandfather, Bill Schaadt.

Visitation is Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 5 to 8 pm at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne.

Burial is in the MRE Cemetery at a later date.
