Pauline M. Lehman, 86, Berne passed away Saturday, September 10, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born to Albert and Eva (Liddy) Huser on February 21, 1925 in Adams County.
She married Maynard "Miz" Lehman on July 30, 1944 who survives. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and always put her family first.
Survivors also include 3 daughters, Pat (Jerry) Fosnaugh, Fort Wayne, Claudia (Jack) Claussen, Fort Wayne, & Carla (Doug) Noll, Fort Wayne. 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was a long time and active member of the First Mennonite Church.
Pauline formerly worked at the Decatur G.E. plant, was co-owner of P.H.D. Homes, an original co-owner of Amishville, besides being a homemaker.
Special interests include: golf, knitting, crocheting, reading, and an exercising enthusiast.She volunteered at Swiss Heritage and Et Cetera Ecke.
Preceded in death are sisters Margaret Feasel, Vera Hanni, Olive Mann, Jean Foreman, & brother, Lester Huser.
Funeral services on Wednesday, September 14 at 10:30 am at the First Mennonite Church with Pastor Jeff Linthicum and Marie Nussbaum officiating. Visitation 1 hour prior to services at the church.
Visitation is Tuesday 2 to 8 pm at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home. Burial will be in the M.R.E. Cemetery.
